History of RSA 91-A Bills

This table lists all the bills that changed, or attempted to change, RSA 91-A since before it was originally passed. The bills that passed are those with a chapter law number. Click on the chapter law number to view the chapter law. Click on the bill number to get details about the bill. The details vary by year due to what is available on the legislature website and what RTKNH has digitized.

The titles of bills often don't tell you what aspect of the law they change. To help with this, the table indicates which sections of the current version of RSA 91-A each bill changed. Some early bills used different numbers for sections. In these cases the corresponding current section number is used and the section number in the bill is enclosed in parentheses. Some bills attempted to introduce other new sections that do not correspond to current law. Those sections are listed under "Other."
