STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighty-seven
AN ACT
relative to certain water analysis records.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Exemption Added. Amend RSA 91-A:5 by inserting after paragraph IV the following new paragraph:
V. Records pertaining to testing of private water supplies conducted by the division of water supply and pollution control pursuant to RSA 131:3-a, III.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
