ORDER

1. Petition for Injunctive Relief is granted.

2. The action taken by Selectmen Marshall Nash and Richard Langis regarding the dismissal of Jeremy Johnson on June 17, 1991 is null and void.

3. The Petitioner is reinstated as Chief of Police with back pay and full benefits., until a final hearing can be held.1

4. Petitioner is awarded reasonable attorney's fees and costs associated with this action and the action under RSA 91-A:8, I.
