Motion granted. The plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration was granted because no objection was filed. The defendant's Motion for Reconsideration has caused the Court to review the entire metter. Given the volume of the request for documents, the Court cannot conclude the Town delayed in getting the requested information to the plaintiff. The underlying problem is that the request for documents came too late. Accordingly, no costs are awarded to the plaintiff.
