ORDER
The Court held a hearing on the above Right-to-Know petition on November 13, 2008. Robert O. Saulnier appeared at the hearing, pro se, and Respondent, Dave Caron, appeared with legal counsel. Both parties presented evidence through offers of proof and exhibits bearing on the complaint set forth in Mr. Saulnier's petition. Having reviewed the evidence in this matter, the Court finds that Respondent provided Mr. Saulnier with the information he requested and, therefore, complied with RSA chapter 91-A. The Court incorporates by reference the attached findings of fact and rulings of law.
The Court therefore ORDERS that:
A. Mr. Saulnier's Right-to-Know petition is DENIED.
