EMERALD LAKE VILLAGE DISTRICT, ET AL.

ORDER ON MOTION TO DISMISS

On March 20, 2014, the Court held a hearing on defendants' Motion to Dismiss plaintiff's Right-To-Know petition, filed under RSA 91-A. Plaintiff failed to appear, despite notice, after apparently calling the Court to say he would not attend the hearing. Defendants appeared through their representative, James Coffey, and counsel. After hearing and review of the pleadings and of the exhibits submitted by defendants, the motion is GRANTED. The Court finds defendants have complied with RSA 91-A.
