IN CAMERA REVIEW ORDER

The Court has reviewed the supplemental documents claimed to be privileged and/or confidential by the New Hampshire Retirement System found within Exhibit B, pages 1 through 52.

The Court finds that the retention of these documents in all but eight instances reflected attorney-client communications as well as the deliberative process.

Documents dated 12/16/08, pages 1 through 2; 04/21/09, page 13; 05/29/09, page 14; 08/19/10, page 51: 09/28/10, pages 58 through 59; 02/15/11, page 106; 03/25/11, page 144; 03/30/11, pages 150 through 151 reflect the deliberative process of the New Hampshire Retirement System personnel and thus are protected under RSA 91-A.

[2] Based upon the review of the supplemental documents produced, the Court finds that the respondent, New Hampshire Retirement System, has complied with its obligations under RSA 91-A.
