v.

New Hampshire Retirement System

Docket No. 216-2011-CV-00657

IN CAMERA REVIEW ORDER

Under date of September 2, 2011, the respondent, New Hampshire Retirement System, hand-delivered for in camera review documentation withheld from the petitioner's 91-A request. A Vaughan Index was provided to assist the Court in analyzing the documents produced.

Upon review, the Court finds that the documents submitted are confidential and exempt from disclosure pursuant to RSA 91-A, as they are either attorney-client privileged, work product privileged and/or not discoverable due to the internal decision-making process relative to the management of pending litigation and/or confidential draft documents.

Based upon the review of the in-camera documents and the pleadings to date, the Court finds that the respondent, New Hampshire Retirement System, has complied with its obligations under RSA 91-A.
