ORDER
At today's hearing and in pleadings, the State represented that the Cheshire County House of Corrections has provided petitioner's counsel with his medical records. Plaintiff acknowledges this. The State also represents that plaintiff was provided his administrative records. Plaintiff denies this. No one from the house of corrections appeared at today's hearing.
The Cheshire County House of Corrections shall provide plaintiff with a copy of all of his administrative records in person within 3 days and shall have petitioner sign that he has received them.
