ORDER
The plaintiff Josephine Amatucci (Ms. Amatucci) has filed a motion for reconsideration of the court's December 3, 2013 Order along with a supplement to that motion.
Superior Court Civil Rule 12(e) does not require a response to a motion for reconsideration, but here it may be helpful to the court to have a response from the defendant Wolfeboro Police Department (the Department), particularly but not exclusively as to Ms. Amatucci's assertion that the Department's policy has permitted providing her with unredacted copies of police logs in the past. Ms. Amatucci's filing of a supplement to her motion for reconsideration reset the time limit under the rules for filing a response, and accordingly the court will consider a response, if any, filed by the Department on or before December 20, 2013.
