STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

CARROLL, SS SUPERIOR COURT

Docket No. 212-2013-CV-099

Josephine Amatucci

v.

Chief Stuart Chase, Town of Wolfeboro Police Department

ORDER

The defendant has produced to the court, under seal1 and for in camera review, on or about September 27, 2013, additional documents concerning Officer O'Brien's employment with the Town of Wolfeboro. The court has reviewed the documents in camera, and determines and orders as follows.

As discussed in this court's September 17, 2013 order, Ms. Amatucci's right to know request, as amended, requests copies of all Weekly Time Sheets (also referred to as Payroll Records) for Officer O'Brien for the entire month of December 2003 and the first two weeks of January 2004.

The court has examined all of the additional documents submitted by the defendant and finds no weekly time sheets or payroll records for Officer O'Brien for December 2003 or January 2004, nor did the court find any other documents which contain information, either direct or by reasonable inference, concerning Officer O'Brien's work hours during December 2003 or January 2004.

Accordingly, upon in camera review of the additional documents submitted by the defendant on or about September 27, 2013, the court determines that none of these documents contain information requested by Ms. Amatucci's right to know request.

So ordered.
