SETTLEMENT STIPULATION

NOW COME the Parties and Stipulate as follows:

1. The Parties agree that violations of R.S.A. Chapter 91-A occurred during the course of Board of Selectmen meetings from the dates mentioned in the Petition through May, 2002.

2. That the Board of Selectmen for the Town of Madison agree to comply in all respects with R.S.A. Chapter 91-A from this date forward.

3. The Town of Madison will reimburse the Petitioner $356.40 for filing fees, service fees, mileage, and attorneys fees for the review of this Stipulation. (See attached spreadsheet).

4. The Docket may be marked as settled in accordance with the terms of this Stipulation.
