The Court rules on the petitioner's motion to hold the Town of Meredith in contempt as follows:
1. Prayer B is GRANTED in part. The petitioner is awarded his expenses. To the extent that the petitioner is seeking an award for his own time, the request is DENIED.
2. Prayer C is GRANTED only to the extent that the materials sought have not already been provided.
3. The remaining prayers are DENIED based on the representations in the objection and the attached affidavit.
