In Case No. 2011-0891, Edward Kelley v. Town of Hooksett, the court on January 24, 2012, issued the following order:
After review, the court grants the motion to dismiss the appeal as moot because the Town of Hooksett has represented that it is "willing to provide the Appellant with copies of the documents requested free of charge."
Appeal dismissed.
