AN ACT repealing the law that exempts the department of employment security from the right to know law.
ANALYSIS
Under present law the department of employment security is exempted from the right to know law.
This bill repeals that exemption.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventy-nine
AN ACT
repealing the law that exempts the department of employment security from the right to know law.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 91-A:6 relative to exempting the department of employment security from the right to know law is hereby repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
