AN ACT relative to the repeal of the section excepting the office of employment security from the operation of RSA 91-A.
ANALYSIS
This act provides that the proceedings of the office of employment security are subject to the public's right to know law and their records are subject to scrutiny as public proceeding by those agencies, committee, councils having authority to investigate such public proceedings.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventy-three
AN ACT
relative to the repeal of the section excepting the office
of employment security from the operation of RSA 91-A.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 91-A:6 (supp) as inserted by 1967, 251:1 relative to excepting the department of employment security from the right to know law, is hereby repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon sixty days after its passage.
